Yes, you are welcome to hire a van for just a few hours. However, please note that our billing is based on a daily rate. To make the most of your rental, you are free to return the van anytime before our closing time at 12:30pm on the day of your rental, or by 8:30am the following morning. This flexibility allows you to use the van for the time you need without worrying about hourly charges.
The remaining balance can be paid anytime by logging into your account once you have made the booking. If you don’t pay your remaining balance online you can you can pay when you pick up the van.
All bookings include a £100 security damage deposit, which is integrated into your total booking cost. This deposit serves as a safeguard against any potential damage to the rented van. After returning the van in its original condition, the £100 deposit will be promptly refunded to your account.
The booking deposit is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This policy helps us manage our vehicle availability and scheduling efficiently. However, if you cancel your booking more than 48 hours in advance, the full amount of your booking deposit will be refunded to you. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy for complete details or contacting our customer service team if you have specific questions regarding your booking.
When picking up your rented van, please ensure you bring the following documents:
Yes, you can extend your rental period subject to vehicle availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as you know you’ll need more time with the van to ensure the extension can be accommodated.
If the van is returned late, you may be liable to pay for an additional day’s rental unless the delay is caused by a malfunction or issue with the van. We appreciate timely returns to accommodate other bookings and maintain our service quality.

Yes, we offer an optional insurance waiver for an additional fee. This waiver covers up to £500 in excess damage and includes comprehensive insurance in case of an accident. Without this waiver, customers are responsible for any damages to the van during the rental period.
